the way I understand it

 

budgeting is living with in the economy you have

 

budgeting for - rich people have to choose between which house they are going to keep ...

 

budgeting for - rich people have to choose between which family (s) they have to lay off ...

 

budgeting for - middle class, have to choose between which car they get to keep ...

 

budgeting for - middle class, have to choose between which business they will buy from, the businesses that they choose to not buy from collectively, those employees usually lose there jobs ...

 

budgeting for - the poor, have to choose between a place to live, utilities, a car, seeing a doctor, medicine and rarely are allowed to go see a movie unless it is free, go out to eat unless it is free ...

 

 

for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction even in economics ?

 

the ironic thing about it all is the families who lose there jobs because the poor cannot afford to buy from them

are also the ones who do not want to

or do not know how to teach the poor

how to improve there economy from the root ... ???

 

living with in a budget is living with in the economy that you have, efficiency

 

improving the economy from the root is showing how more people can help each other at once

depending on how it is done and worded, the people who teach it is wrong to have money are also saying it is wrong for people to help each other ... ???

 

I asked more than 50,000 people, if you had one idea to improve the economy, what would it be ?

I grouped the answers into three

 

about 90 percent or 45 thousand people first response had no idea or asked what does the economy mean ... ?

so it sounds like

economics education is the most important thing ... ???

 

about 9 percent or 4,500 came up with ideas to better survive with the economy we have ...

economics efficiency ???

 

1 percent or 500 people came up with ideas to make it easier for people to help each other ...

improving the economy from the root ... ???

of those, few of them knew how to use these ideas in such a way as not to conflict with government rules, ( they didn't know how to get a business license, pass L & I rules, etc. , and it was made clear to me, except in certain exceptions, that I am not allowed to legally tell people how to do that in many public locations, so for that reason I am no allowed to tell you how on this Web Page, as soon as I do a supervisors job is to jump anyone who does such a thing ??? ( I am not allowed to tell you what I am not allowed to tell you ... ( is that catch 22 or what )) ..., ( it sounds like there is some exceptions you would be allowed to tell them until ... ) ( " My responses are limited, you have to ask the right question " ( soliciting laws ) ... ) I am not legally allowed to tell you ( and in the same position you are not legally allowed to tell anyone ) on the city bus or bus stop, in the library, anywhere there is a no soliciting sign, city parks etc. ( soliciting laws ) )

does these results algebraically economically equal the " if you had one idea to improve the economy what would it be ? " ... ???
