I can understand that in many cases ??? people are so poor they cannot afford products or services .., ???

no soliciting sign = no ideas allowed to earn money if the person soliciting will earn money in the process ???

no soliciting sign = no ideas allowed in which people can trade ideas, products, or services

you could put another sign below the no soliciting sign

ideas to make money allowed

ideas to trade allowed

economic ideas to help diabetics allowed

economic ideas to help cancer victims allowed

will you find that on a medical professionals building where it says "no soliciting" ???

( if you didn't learn this in the school system you may or may not understand any of this because I might as well be talking in a language you are not familiar with, or you will think you understand the words, but because so many economics dictionaries don't agree on economics definitions you may or may not understand anything I said, or anything an economics professor said, or worse an economics professor believes they understood what the citizens as a collective group said ... ( so when your teachers say, "you learned English in school, all you need to do is go to the library and read up on what you want to learn" ... ouch ) what was that, that happened in the bible, all the sudden they realized they could not understand one another ???)

( economic idea, have ten English teachers as a group try to solve an economic work book problem separately with one of the ten different economics dictionaries, then compare there results, see how long it takes for the English teachers who are experts at communicating to see the errors, then ask them "you are experts,

 how would a lay person be able to figure this problem out ???" )

no soliciting laws = people are not allowed to use money in certain areas to help each other, check with city hall for this information ???

no soliciting laws = people are not allowed to trade products or services in certain areas, check with city hall for this information ???

no soliciting laws = people are not allowed to trade ideas to help each other if the person soliciting can earn money for there family ???

no soliciting laws = another words, you can help someone, but the person or family you helped is not legally allowed to help your family in return ???
