a percentage of these ideas are really old ideas,
the ideas are still here in case something can be done with it ...

5/14/08 around 7:30 am, I like listening to 570 KVI

but sometimes,

the message they send doesn't make any economic sense to me ...

because the economy is doing better now then in the past

people should not be trying to improve the economy???

so families who are algebraically  economically struggling can do better than they are?? is that what they said???

because some resources are limited because of an algebraic economic reason which could be related to a lack of economics education in public schools because of some law in which I know I don't understand ...

we are not suppose to try to improve the economy for those families ??? is that what they said ??? because some so called economics professor said so ???

lack of Communication can be a big problem in economics

570 KVI AM radio 1/18/08 around 4 - 6 pm

we have an economics professor here from a university,

do you have any ideas to improve the economy?

I was trying to understand, but it sounded like the professor went to several forms of economics education

and yet did not sound like he had even one idea

to help the country get out of the economics mess we are in,

how does that happen? and nobody seemed surprised ...

what would be the hierarchy?

typically a university economics professor teaches a student

who becomes a college economics professor?

and a college economics professor teaches a student

who becomes a high school or technical school economics professor?

call and ask a economics professor where they got there education from?

if a doctor was a university professor and none of his students knew or understood medicine or how to make a person well if they were sick, wouldn't that make you wonder something like,

what in the hell is going on here???

well anyway, back to the radio stuff,

the very interesting part was, the president of the united states is considering giving people money back in the form overpaid taxes ...

I am not sure how much, 300 or a 1000 or something, ask

well anyway, this radio person sounds like he has a good idea

what could people do with the money they get, where would it go, what work would it do, what country would it end up in, all that stuff

so, I called in, very nice people there

I said something like

if you were able to purchase an economic tool that created an opportunity to earn an opportunity to earn more money nature can help you with

if done right, a 1000 dollars could economically algebraically turn into 10,000 dollars

and I thought, he has an economics professor there, he would be able to explain the pros and the catch 22s of the idea, oh but no, this is what I heard ...

I heard something like, well what could we do, how could we do that?

and I was put on the spot, trying to figure out how to put many months of needed education communication in such a way as to try to get him to understand what I was talking about in 10 seconds

so I said something like, well I well try to make this as simple as I can, ( with out doing the math, just trying to give him one of 1000s of models needed to make an economy work well ) I said something like, a person could purchase a thousand clean trash cans for a dollar each, put a potato in the bottom of each can, put dirt on it, and keep adding dirt as it grows, of course you would need to find a farmer to help you with this, and then you would have a 1000 cans full of potatoes

and the radio guy said something like, oh my god, now we are going to have to many potatoes for that market, that is such a stupid idea, that Gene from lacey, I do not want to hear any more from him

a better idea would be to use a 100,000 dollars and get a work truck, that would put a lot of people to work

( that is a good idea, but of course the people are going to want to know, how they are going to get there hands on 100,000 dollars so they are going to be able to buy a work truck, then the next thing the people are going to want to know is, how are they going to find there customers who have money in there pockets so the truck can earn money for there family??? interesting he left all that and much more needed information out )

what I thought was interesting was that the university economics professor on the radio apparently didn't seem to have a clue how to explain how some thing like this could work to the radio guy

but other radio guys did come up with some good ideas to possibly improve the economy

assuming you have the safety skills needed to safely so this stuff

a radio guy suggested to buy some auto tools and fix up cars and if you can't fix cars find an auto mechanic that will let you feed his family

another idea from a radio guy was to listen to gardening programs on the radio

another idea was to get an espresso machine

another ideas was to use ideas like this for the DARE program

many other people came up with ideas ...
