Can a homeless person with no money buy a business license ?
in at least on city, I have been told then cannot
( maybe the governments council ( people you vote in that
decides what you can and cannot do in the city ??? )
theory is that if the homeless person
has no money they probably do not have the economic skills
to run a business, the homeless person probably
wouldn't know how to do
anything in these books ?
I asked if it is legal to earn a business license
and I was told no it is not by at least one city

if you drive a truck with a sign on it that customers will

cheaper to drive a truck at 20 miles to the gallon
than it is to ride the bus for a $1.50 a day ???
if you got paid $300.00 dollars profit for your services
because of your sign on your truck and it cost you $100.00
dollars in gas, you could algebraically economically cost
you $198.50 to take the bus ( as nice as most of the people are
who run the bus system are, one day it most definitely cost me
around an extra $80.00 dollars to take the bus when I
went to work using the bus, our family took an $80.00
cab ride home because the bus system was unable to keep it's
promise to take us home ... )

on the bus or at a bus stop ???
you are not allowed to tell people who you are or what
you do to help people with if you make money at it ???
could the bus put a soliciting area at the bus stop or
on the bus where people could choose to algebraically
